Composition :

Local ugly pears, red onions, garlic and apple cider vinegar, all accompanied by fresh peppers, CAROLINA REAPER from Brussels and a very subtle blend of spices.

Keep cool after opening.

Directions for use :

Designed to accompany any classic dish such as pot-au-feu, Waterzooï, blanquette de veau or even a simple mashed potato or mild cheeses like brie. This sauce provides a good amount of heat without masking the taste of the other ingredients.
